1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on the Cisoshare Training Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides online security awareness training courses, assessments, and certificate issuance services. Organizations can enroll attendees in training programs, track their progress, and generate compliance evidence aligned with ADHICS SA-1 requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information for your organization.
• Maintaining the security of your password and account credentials.
• Completing multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup as required for account security.
• Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Payment & Enrollment

Training enrollment fees must be paid in full before attendees can access course content. All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available only for enrollments where the attendee has not yet accessed any course content. Once training content has been accessed, the enrollment is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Cheat on assessments or use unauthorized means to achieve passing scores.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, or platform systems.
• Misrepresent, falsify, or fraudulently use training certificates.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

6. Certificate Issuance

Training certificates are issued automatically upon successful completion of all course modules and assessments with a passing score. Certificates include a unique verification number and expiry date. Cisoshare reserves the right to revoke certificates if evidence of fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation is discovered.

7. Intellectual Property

All training course content, materials, assessments, and platform software are the intellectual property of Cisoshare or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission from Cisoshare.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis for training and compliance purposes. Cisoshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable training enrollment.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
